「Love the Memory」是樂園15週年的原創主題樂曲，除了在「米奇與好友歡聚十五周年」(Mickey and Friends 15th Anniversary Celebration) 及樂園慶祝活動中可見，亦改編了管弦樂版本，成爲 2021 年 6 月 開始上演的 「迪士尼星夢光影之旅」 (Momentous) 主題曲，配合匯演主題。
歌詞内容鼓勵著我們歡慶生命每個時刻，活在當下。在這個變幻無常的世界中，時刻提醒我們要花時間欣賞和感謝我們的家人和身邊摯愛，緬懷並珍重快樂時刻，並對未來包有希望及期待。
而在 Momentous 當中，樂園精心編排了不同的樂章和管弦樂版本 Love the Memory，配合投影、煙火、鐳射、水柱等多重元素融合一起，讓我們產生共鳴而備受感動，沉醉在人生不同時刻當中。
另外，樂園亦推出了「迪士尼星夢光影之旅」紀念特刊，英文版可在樂園官網查閲。
樂園首次於2023年7月7日在各大串流平台上架Love the Memory流行曲版。
